Sanvello Health — Sanvello Health is a digital care platform that offers daily mood tracking, assessments, peer support and coping tools. During this time, they are offering free premium service.
Calm — Calm is a mindfulness platform. During this time, they curated a resource filled with meditations, sleep stories, music, and more.
Insight Timer — Insight Timer is a free app that provides meditation and general wellness resources.
