Crunch Fitness — Crunch is offering non-members a 45-Day Free Trial. And if you’re already a member, you now have free access to Crunch Live, which has over 100 workouts that can be accessed on a variety of devices.
Retro Fitness — Retro is offering daily free home workouts at 6pm ET on Facebook Live taught by their top trainers.
Daily Burn — Daily Burn is offering a 60-day free trial and they offer group workouts or 1-1 training so that you can pace yourself.
Fitness Blender — Created by personal trainers, these workout videos will help you to achieve your goals and the free tier includes 600 full-length workout videos.
Blink Fitness — Blink is hosting virtual workouts via Facebook Live sessions weekdays at 8 a.m EST.
LifeTime — LifeTime is offering their most popular classes yoga, strength, barre, kickboxing and cardio classes in video format for free so that you can work out anywhere, anytime.
YMCA — The YMCA launched an on-demand exercise program for all ages that is free and does not require a Y membership.
Barry’s Bootcamp — Barry’s is hosting 20-minute bodyweight workouts on IG Live every day.
OrangeTheory — OrangeTheory is sharing a new 30-minute workout video each day, with popular coaches from around the world. These work-outs don’t require special equipment and often incorporate things found in the house.
305 Fitness — 305 Fitness is offering their signature 305 dance cardio classes at noon and 6pm EST on their YouTube channel.
Gold’s Gym — Gold’s is offering access to their Gold’s AMP Digital Personal Trainer with over 600 audio and video workouts until May 21, 2020. And a portion of their on-demand video database is free.
